• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours (local time) prior to the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

• No Refund & No Changes: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours (local time) of the tour start time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

• Manage Your Booking: You can manage your booking and request cancellations directly through the email you received when you booked the tour.
