Your driver will meet you outside your hotel or Airbnb, in front of the building. In case of a port or airport pickup, the driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. Please make sure your phone is turned on for immediate contact if needed.

For hotel and Airbnb pickups, the complimentary waiting time is 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

For port pickups, it is 20 minutes from the ship’s arrival time, provided the pickup time matches the arrival.

For airport pickups, it is 1 hour from the flight arrival or the pre-arranged pickup time.

If your flight or ship is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. Our drivers will adjust the pickup time accordingly. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period may incur extra charges.

If your flight is cancelled and we are not notified in advance, the tour or transfer price is non-refundable.

Each passenger is allowed to bring standard luggage and one carry-on bag. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized items or extra luggage so we can ensure the vehicle can accommodate everything comfortably.

Yes, child car seats can be provided upon request. Please inform us in advance about the child’s age or weight so we can ensure the appropriate seat is available.
